Wulatelong gobiensis

I would love to find a snappy title for this, but those usually involve some translation of the name. The term "wulate" derives from a local region of Inner Mongolia, and it has a translation, but that translation ... I don't know. (If you can help, that would be awesome.)

A supposedly basal oviraptorid, with some intriguingly caenagnathid-like features, but still some strongly oviraptorid-like features. The skull probably looked a lot like Oviraptor philoceratops and Rinchenia mongoliensis.

Edit: A toe bone was illustrated that is not apparently present, and has been removed. Other cosmetic changes were made.
