Description
UCMP 143274 is a small anterior portion of the conjoined left and right dentaries of a bird-like animal, almost certainly a dinosaur but possibly even a turtle, croc, or pterosaur. It was found in the Maastrichtian Lance Formation of Montana, and was first described as a lory-like psittaciform bird. This idea doesn't seem so sound nowadays. More here: [link] and here: [link]

I like it. By the way did you hear about the new speices of Pachycephalosaurus which was found in 85 million year old rocks? Kinda dramatic since most pachycephalosaurs are found in 70-65 mil rocks. And it was tiny!
