This is how I view Anubis and the other Egyptian "gods." Here, I was only partial inspired by the metal handwear they used in the movie "Stargate," and so I have progressed this style over the body in an "exposed" yet concealed manner, to maximally show of the body, yet encapsulate it. The spear is an example of a weapons style I like, and the haft took about 1/2 hour to illustrate fully, but is completely detailed. It's SUPPOSED to be colored, bu I've not gotten around to fiddling with schemes to get it to work digitally.
